Robert L. Rattet graduated from Georgia Tech in 1966, earning a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Management, with a minor in Accounting. He received his law degree from Emory University in Atlanta in 1969. Born and raised in Florida, Mr. Rattet moved to New York and was admitted to practice in 1970. He founded his own firm in April of 1975. Mr. Rattet is admitted to practice in New York, the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the 2nd Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Rattet is a long-standing member of numerous bankruptcy associations, including the American Bankruptcy Institute and the Commercial Law League of America, Bankruptcy and Insolvency Division and has lectured before numerous accounting and lawyer professional associations. He is certified as a mediator before the United States Bankruptcy Court and the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.
Mr. Rattet has represented such noteworthy clients as John DeLorean, Circle In the Square, DiCanio Organization, Gaseteria Oil Corp., Karta Corporation and Universal Remote Control. Mr. Rattet has acted as an operating trustee and assignee for the benefit of creditors. Mr. Rattet was recently named the 32nd leading bankruptcy attorney in the United States by The Deal. Mr. Rattet was also named to 2007 New York Super Lawyers, handed out to only the top 5% practicing attorneys in the State of New York. |

Jonathan S. Pasternak
graduated from Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island in 1985 with a Bachelor of Arts degree, majoring in American History and English. He earned his law degree from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 1989 and is admitted to practice in New York as well as the Southern, Northern and Eastern Districts of New York.
Mr. Pasternak is a member of numerous national and regional bankruptcy and commercial law associations and has lectured on bankruptcy before various professional associations throughout New York and Westchester County. Mr. Pasternak has represented such noteworthy clients such as Pudgie’s Famous Chicken, Gaseteria Oil Corp., Nationwide Electronics, Circle In the Square and Dicanio Organization in their respective Chapter 11 proceedings and has previously practiced in the areas of corporate and real estate law. Mr. Pasternak was recently named the third leading debtor bankruptcy attorney in the United States by The Deal. Mr. Pasternak appeared on CNN’s Lou Dobbs Money Line in the fall of 2005 on the issue of theBankruptcy Abuse Prevention ands Consumer Protection Act of 2005. He has been frequently quoted in Crain’s, the Deal and other industry publications and newspapers on various bankruptcy and related issues. Mr. Pasternak was recently nominated to 2008 New York Super Lawyers, selected by peers to be considered in top 5% of the New York law profession.

Arlene Gordon-Oliver was born and raised in Kingston, Jamaica. Relocating to New York, she graduated from Baruch College, City University of New York in 1986, summa cum laude, with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. She earned her law degree from Fordham University School of Law in 1992 and is admitted to practice in New York State Courts as well as the United States District Courts for Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. On January 1, 2001, Ms. Gordon-Oliver was made partner in the firm. Ms. Gordon-Oliver also serves as a justice on the Greenburgh Town Court in Westchester County where she was appointed on October 15, 2007 and subsequently elected for a four (4) year term commencing on January 1, 2008. Ms. Gordon-Oliver is a member of various national and local bar associations including, the Westchester County Bar Association, where she serves as the Assistant Treasurer and co-Chair of the Bankruptcy Committee. She is also a member of the Association of Black Lawyers of Westchester County and previously served as President of the Association for a 2 year term. Ms. Gordon-Oliver is the current Chairperson for the Bankruptcy Section of the National Bar Association a position that she has held for the past 7 years. She is also a member of the Board of Governors for the National Bar Association. In addition to the foregoing bar association affiliations, Ms. Gordon-Oliver is also a member of the New York State Bar Association and has served as an Elected Delegated for the 9th Judicial District to the New York State House of Delegates for the past 2 years. She was recently appointed as a member to the Special Committee to Review the Code of Judicial Conduct for the New York State Bar Association. Her other memberships and association involvement include, the New York State Magistrates Association, the Westchester Magistrates Association, the National Association of Women Judges, the Westchester Women’s Bar Association, the Women’s Bar Association of New York, The National Bankruptcy Institute, the American Bankruptcy Institute and the American Bar Association.

Dawn K. Arnold earned her bachelor's degree in political science and history from Skidmore College in 1990, and obtained her law degree from Brooklyn Law School in 1995 where she received honors and was a semi-finalist in the National Moot Court Competition for Bankruptcy. She is admitted to practice in New York, Connecticut, and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. Ms. Arnold represents debtors, creditors and interested parties in Chapter 11 cases and out of court restructurings. She is also experienced in real estate litigation and leasing. Representative corporate chapter 11 clients include Feuerman Studios, Inc., Buchanan Entities, Inc., 14 Wall Street Jewelers, Inc., Greystone Partners LLC, WFB Restaurants LLC d/b/a Cheeburger Cheeburger, St. Casimir Development Corp., Barrier Motor Fuels, Inc., LaGuardia Tavern Corp. and Savvy Networks, Inc. Representative creditor committee clients include Michael Dawkins, Inc., a jewelry manufacturer with historic revenues of $5 million annually, selling products the home shopping network, QVC, and Designs by Skaffles, Inc., designer and manufacturer of accessories for teens bearing names of famous licensors. Ms. Arnold is the President of the Westchester Women's Bar Association (WWBA), where she co-chairs the Bankruptcy Committee. She is a member of the Board of the Women’s Bar Association of the State of New York (WBASNY) where she formerly co-chaired the Bankruptcy Committee. Ms. Arnold is also a member of the International Women's Restructuring and Insolvency Confederation (IWIRC), where she is a member of the Planning Committee of the New York Network.
