In 1975, Robert L. Rattet started his own law practice dedicated primarily to bankruptcy and insolvency law for business and real estate enterprises. In 1995, Robert L. Rattet and Jonathan S. Pasternak formed a new partnership known as Rattet & Pasternak, LLP. In 2003, the firm added Arlene Gordon Oliver as a named partner. The firm has maintained a practice concentrating in the areas of bankruptcy and insolvency law for business and real estate enterprises. Over the past few years, the firm expanded its practice to include real estate and transactional law so that we could more efficiently meet our clients' needs and goals. The firm has had a continuous existence and a practice concentrating in bankruptcy and insolvency law for over thirty years.
